ZadeIQ — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ZadeIQ mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZadeIQ. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial, educational use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.

3. Market data & content

Market quotes, company information, and news are provided by third parties for educational purposes, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not guaranteed. Do not rely on them for real trading decisions.

4. ZadeIQ Premium subscriptions

• ZadeIQ offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("ZadeIQ Premium") on a monthly or yearly basis. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, access other users' data, scrape or overload our providers, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data shown is accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZadeIQ and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including any decisions you make based on information in the app. Because ZadeIQ uses only virtual currency, it does not cause and is not responsible for any real financial loss.

8. Changes to the app or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
